Account Executive Jobs in Bolingbrook, IL
An Account Executive in the logistics industry is responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, managing accounts, and increasing sales within the company. They work closely with customers to identify their needs and work out how the company can best meet those needs, often through the delivery of new and innovative logistics solutions. They also negotiate and manage contracts, pitch ideas, and handle complaints or any major incidents, such as a delivery failure. Their goal is to preserve the company's business and promote its growth.
To succeed in this role, an Account Executive should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Prior to becoming an Account Executive, a person could have roles such as a Sales Representative, Account Manager, or a Logistics Coordinator.
