Warehouse and Delivery Manager

We are looking for energetic, dependable leader who is looking for an opportunity to work for an established, family-owned landscape construction company. Looking for a high quality person to help manage materials and equipment for our 50+ person firm.
Requirements include:

Valid drivers license (required) with clean driving record preferred
2. Spanish/English bilingual a huge plus. (strong communication required)
3. Prior experience in warehouse or construction / landscaping.
4. Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
5. Must be able to safely pull trailers up to 20ft. in length including heavy loads.
5. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
6. Ability to follow schedules, communicate clearly, and take directions from management when needed
7. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding work

Responsibilities

1. Serve as a point of contact between management and the field crew, ensuring clear communication and daily alignment of all materials and equipment
2. Lead by example in the field while helping, aiding, and directing crew members to complete work to company quality standards
3. Perform daily equipment and truck checks, ensuring all tools are clean, safe, and in proper working condition.
4. Manage the daily in and out of equipment ensuring inventory control.
5. Maintain high-quality daily operations by walking warehouse grounds, correcting issues in real time, and ensuring all areas are clean and presentable.
6.Inspect and repair (as possible) vehicles including trucks, trailers, small equipment, heavy equipment to keep fleet up and running.
7. Help manage, source, acquire, and deliver materials for projects. Will work with Project Managers and Project controller to manage all materials
