Inventory Operations Specialist
Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 annually

Job Summary
The Inventory Operations Specialist is responsible for managing all warehouse operations and related processes. This role oversees incoming materials, customer shipments, inventory accuracy, and work order kitting using an ERP system and standard shipping platforms such as FedEx Manager and UPS WorldShip. The position also supports packaging, material handling, and occasional truck loading/unloading.

Key Responsibilities
• Ship customer orders same day with accurate materials, correct address information, and appropriate service level
• Receive supplier deliveries promptly, maintain receiving documentation, and organize inventory within the warehouse
• Generate and kit work orders for production based on supply chain and planning requirements
• Close work orders and process materials for shipment or inventory as needed
• Perform periodic cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Rearrange or relocate inventory to support operational efficiency
• Package materials for shipment and coordinate with carriers
• Operate material handling equipment as needed

Qualifications
Education & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in inventory or manufacturing environments
• GED required
• Receiving and shipping experience required
• Inventory management experience required
• Work order generation, kitting, and material logistics experience preferred
• Medical device or manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Startup or small business experience preferred
