Assembly & Inventory Associate Location: Mora, MN Compensation: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour depending on experience - paid weekly Schedule: 1st shift | 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembly & Inventory Associate workers for a manufacturing company in Mora, MN. In this role, you'll support both hands-on product assembly and inventory management to help ensure product quality and accurate inventory flow. What You'll Do as an Assembly & Inventory Associate: Assemble components by following technical drawings, schematics, and specifications Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications are me Track inventory movements and maintain accurate inventory records Perform inventory audits and reconcile physical counts with system data Document assembly and inventory activities to support continuous improvement Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What You Need to Bring to the Assembly & Inventory Associate Role: Must have at least 1 year experience in inventory management, supply chain, or related field Must have experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software Must have experience or be comfortable working with power/hand tools Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions Basic computer skills; experience with Excel or inventory systems preferred Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay , access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
