High Reach Material Handler

Our client, an industry leader in logistics and warehouse operations, is seeking a High Reach Material Handler to join their team. As a High Reach Material Handler, you will be part of the Industrial category supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a safety-conscious mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Carneys Point, NJ

Pay Range: $20 plus benefit uplift

Shift: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Tuesday thru Saturday -
May have mandatory overtime as well

What's the Job?

• Operate powered industrial trucks such as high reach forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse
• Accurately select items from designated storage locations using RF scanners to fulfill customer orders
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by verifying product counts and reporting discrepancies
• Follow all safety regulations related to forklift operation, including equipment inspection and proper safety gear usage
• Complete necessary documentation related to shipments, including loading and unloading records

What's Needed?

• Valid forklift operator certification
• Experience operating various types of powered industrial trucks
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to maneuver in tight spaces
