Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Dispatcher to support busy transportation and dispatch operations. This contract/temporary opportunity is ideal for a dependable professional who enjoys helping drivers, handling high call volumes, and keeping schedules and route information organized.
M-F 9am to 6pm (Will need to work one Saturday out of the month from 6am to 3pm)
$18/Hr-$21/Hr DOE

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual Spanish.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in dispatch, call center, logistics, or transportation support.
- Strong data entry and computer skills.
- Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable supporting drivers and internal teams throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer high-volume inbound calls and provide customer service support.
- Assist drivers with dispatch, scheduling, routing, and transportation-related questions.
- Accurately enter and update information in company systems.
- Support daily dispatch and transportation operations through clear communication and organized follow-up.
