Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator
Location: Burbank, CA (On-Site Only)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 5:00 AM 2:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to manage nationwide transportation operations and serve as the primary communication link between drivers, customers, and internal teams.
This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. The ideal candidate will ensure every shipment is executed efficiently, on time, and in accordance with our White Glove service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Book and coordinate freight for company-owned trucks
Schedule and manage nationwide pickups and deliveries
Dispatch drivers and optimize routes for efficiency
Communicate professionally with customers via phone, text, and email
Provide accurate shipment updates and ETAs
Track shipments from pickup through final delivery
Verify all shipment details and requirements before dispatch
Ensure drivers are fully prepared with routing, timing, and job-specific instructions
Resolve delays, schedule changes, and service issues in real time
Maintain accurate shipment records and internal documentation
Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoicing, payment status, and customer communication
Uphold White Glove Express service standards at all times
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluent English required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
Experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, or freight operations required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Proficient with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and communication platforms
Reliable, accountable, and responsive during working hours
