Education
High School Diploma or GED required

Certifications
Forklift certification

Experience
Minimum 6 months of forklift operating experience required
Experience in warehouse operations material handling logistics or manufacturing environments preferred
Experience working with SOPs and quality guidelines
Experience following written instructions and established protocols
Ability to work under general to limited supervision

Technical Skills
Forklift operation
Material handling and inventory movement
Ability to read write interpret and comprehend documents written in English
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Ability to follow written instructions and operational procedures
Basic knowledge of warehouse logistics and operational processes
Ability to maintain quality standards and documentation practices

Physical Demands
Ability to lift and or move over 50 lbs required
Ability to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts

Responsibilities
Operate a forklift to move materials and products throughout the facility
Perform warehouse operations and material handling activities
Complete routine tasks using established procedures and processes
Follow SOPs scientific methods and quality guidelines
Read and follow written instructions and protocols
Support logistics inventory and warehouse functions
Maintain quality standards during daily operations
Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
Work safely while adhering to company policies and procedures
