What Youll Do:
As a 1st Shift Shipping Forklift Operator, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently moving, stacking, and organizing shipping and receiving pallets, ensuring that all goods are prepared for dispatch with accuracy. Your attention to detail will help keep our operations running smoothly and on schedule, contributing directly to customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Valid forklift certification and experience operating sit-down forklifts
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
• Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Physical ability to lift heavy loads and perform warehouse tasks

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software
• Previous shipping and receiving experience
• Familiarity with label printing and parcel handling processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of forklift operation experience in a warehouse environment

Other Requirements:

• Availability for first shift hours (typically 6:00 AM 2:30 PM or similar)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Adherence to safety standards and OSHA regulations
