We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Kent, WA. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize inventory levels to support business demand, production schedules, and customer requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control procedures to improve accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Analyze inventory data, usage trends, and reporting to forecast future needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with operations, production, purchasing, warehouse, and other teams to streamline inventory processes.
- Monitor inventory movement, reconcile discrepancies, and support cycle counts, audits, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Lead inventory-related improvements that reduce waste, improve availability, and support operational performance.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $60,000 to $100,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.

- Manage day-to-day inventory operations and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.
- Develop and improve inventory control procedures, reporting, and accuracy processes.
- Analyze inventory data to support forecasting, planning, and operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow, communication, and inventory efficiency.

- Proven experience in inventory management or a closely related operations, warehouse, supply chain, or production environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review inventory data, identify trends, and solve problems.
- Proficiency with inventory management software, ERP systems, or related tracking tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Strong leadership ability with a hands-on, detail-oriented, and process-focused approach.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced operational environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Management-level experience leading inventory, warehouse, production control, or operations teams.
- Experience improving inventory accuracy, reducing discrepancies, and implementing process improvements.
- Familiarity with cycle counting, inventory audits, demand planning, and forecasting practices.
- Experience working in manufacturing, production, distribution, or business services operations.
