Job Summary

We are hiring a Logistics Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for a logistics and supply chain professional who enjoys improving operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods across transportation, inventory, and distribution channels.

The Logistics Manager will play a key role in optimizing supply chain performance, reducing costs, improving service levels, and supporting reliable day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities

- Manage transportation, inventory, distribution, and related logistics processes to support timely and accurate movement of goods.
- Develop and optimize logistics strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and strengthen supply chain performance.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Monitor logistics KPIs, service levels, delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and other key performance metrics.
- Identify process improvements, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use ERP, logistics, or supply chain systems to track activity, analyze data, and support reporting needs.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $57,000 to $61,000 per year.
- Location: Seattle, WA.

- Manage logistics operations across transportation, inventory planning, distribution, and warehouse coordination.
- Lead logistics process improvements to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and support on-time delivery.
- Track supply chain KPIs, analyze performance trends, and recommend operational improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels.

- 5+ years of logistics, supply chain, transportation, inventory management, or distribution experience.
- Experience working with ERP, logistics, transportation management, warehouse management, or supply chain systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to address operational challenges quickly and effectively.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for working with vendors, warehouses, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced logistics or materials movement environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in transport and storage, materials handling, warehousing, distribution, or related logistics environments.
- Familiarity with inventory planning, freight coordination, carrier performance, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Experience supporting continuous improvement efforts within logistics or supply chain operations.
