The Labor Sourcing Analyst is responsible for the management of labor providers across the United States and Canada. This role ensures both contracted labor and subcontractors are sourced, contracted, and managed in compliance with Vertiv requirements, including executed Service Contractor Agreements (SCAs), approved health and safety programs, and required technical training.

This position drives labor provider performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) related to capacity, capability, and service delivery while supporting Vertiv Services growth initiatives. The Labor Sourcing Analyst serves as the primary interface for all subcontracted and contracted service inquiries, leads continuous improvement initiatives, and acts as an escalation point for service delivery issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source, select, onboard, and manage contracted labor providers and labor subcontractors across assigned regions.
  • Ensure all labor providers maintain executed SCAs, approved safety programs, and required system setup.
  • Support Labor Sourcing Managers through subcontracted service delivery issues.
  • Partner with back office and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement and solutions.
  • Lead customer Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Facilitate training on VPP/APEX or other databases to internal and external customers
  • Support cost management and labor service provider pricing updates.
  • Utilize AI and digital tools in compliance with Vertiv IT policies.
  • Support other responsibilities, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience (e.g., four years of relevant Supply Chain or Business experience) that provides the required knowledge and skills.
  • Experience in contract management, procurement, or related discipline.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI preferred).
  • Customer-facing experience required.
  • Oracle, service industry, and critical environment experience preferred.

POSITIONS ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS (travel, location, etc.)

  • In-office role with up to 15% travel.

  • Flexibility to support overtime and on-call escalation needs.
