A SkyChefs dispcher is responsible for overseeing the coordinion of ground transportion and the efficient deployment of cering resources. The position manages driver scheduling, route planning, and realtime operional adjustments to ensure the timely and accure delivery of cering services to aircraft. This role requires strong communicion, precise logistical oversight, and the ability to resolve issues swiftly to support uninterrupted flight operions.

Main Accountabilities

• Schedule and dispch cering deliveries to airlines according to established timelines and protocols.
• Monitor delivery stus and communice with drivers, kitchen staff, and airline representives to ensure timely and accure service.
• Utilize dispch software (e.g., Ground Star, CBASE) and systems to track deliveries, manage schedules, and optimize routes.
• Coordine with the kitchen and operions teams to ensure all orders are prepared and ready for dispch.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays th may arise during the delivery process.
• Maintain accure records of deliveries, schedules, and reled communicions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulory standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relionships with airline clients and internal teams.
• Assist in the development and implemention of process improvements to enhance operional efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operions Manager or relevant supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional educion or certificions in logistics, transportion, or reled fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in dispching, logistics, or a reled field preferred.
• Strong organizional and time management skills.
• Excellent communicion and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using dispch software, GPS systems, and other relevant technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and tention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety and regulory requirements reled to transportion and cering services.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
