This individual will be responsible for overseeing Flatbed and Reefer operations. Pay, Schedule, and Location Competitive salary: $85,000 - $105,000/year Bonus opportunities Located in Schaumburg, IL Stable freight and consistent workload Supportive and professional team environment Modern equipment and established customer base Opportunity to grow with a stable and expanding transportation company Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily Flatbed and Reefer dispatch operations Schedule and oversee timely pickups and deliveries Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers Monitor load status and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently Ensure proper cargo securement and compliance for Flatbed loads Support driver performance, routing, and operational planning Maintain strong customer service and professional communication Assist with load planning, problem resolution, and daily dispatch support Work collaboratively with operations and leadership teams to ensure smooth freight movement Requirements and Qualifications Previous experience in Flatbed and/or Reefer dispatch operations required Strong knowledge of OTR trucking operations and freight coordination Experience with cargo securement and Flatbed freight preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and make quick operational decisions under pressure Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Professional attitude and commitment to customer service (Salary range based on experience) ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNEL Do you need your next job fast?
