We are hiring a General Production / Shipping Associate to join a fast-paced automotive manufacturing facility in Gresham, OR. This is a hands-on role starting in shipping and receiving, with opportunities to grow into other areas of production.

• Monday–Friday
  
  	

• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Day Shift)
  
  	

• Overtime available after training
  
  	

• Mandatory Saturdays (~26 per year)
  
  

	
• $24.00/hour
  
  	

• Temp-to-perm opportunity based on performance
  
  

	
• Unload incoming shipments from trucks
  
  	

• Move and organize materials using hand dollies and manual equipment
  
  	

• Stock products in designated warehouse locations
  
  	

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory organization
  
  	

• Support production teams as needed
  
  	

• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
  
  	

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  
  

	
• First-day orientation (7:00 AM start)
  
  	

• ~2-week training period
  
  	

• Cross-training opportunities in production
  
  	

• Forklift certification available after training
  
  

	
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  
  	

• Comfortable in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  
  	

• Ability to lift, push, and move materials throughout the shift
  
  	

• Team-oriented with good communication skills
  
  	

• Previous warehouse, production, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
  
  

	
• Must pass background check and drug screening
  
  	

• Must be available for full day shift schedule
  
  	

• Must be available for mandatory Saturday overtime
