This role ensures materials are properly staged for batching and production departments to support efficient manufacturing operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Essential Functions Enter receiving and inventory data accurately into the ERP system Move and track materials both physically and within the ERP system Stage materials for batching and production departments Review production schedules and coordinate material needs with supervisors Requisition and track materials based on job order priorities and availability Verify incoming materials meet quality and specification standards Transfer materials between departments to support production flow Compute material quantities needed for production orders Maintain inventory records (manual and/or computerized systems) Monitor and control material movement throughout the facility Coordinate repair or assembly of materials or parts when needed Experience & Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment (receiving preferred) 1+ year experience using an ERP system 1+ year forklift operation experience required Valid forklift certification required (company can recertify) Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills across teams and departments Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply) #CB #P1 #P2 9989936 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.
