Shift: 7am to 330pm

Schedule: Mon-Friday

Position: Forklift Operator

Operate stand-up reach trucks to move products to and from storage racks, loading docks, and staging areas

MUST BE okay working in a 32 degree environment

A Lift Truck Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts or other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and stack products and materials within a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing facility. This role ensures efficient handling of goods while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, or storage areas
• Transport goods to designated storage locations or production areas
• Stack and organize materials in racks or designated storage spaces
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety issues
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and operational procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and cleaning as needed
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of products

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Standing, walking, bending, and climbing throughout the shift
• Operating machinery for extended periods
• Working in varying temperatures depending on facility environment
