This is a 7-month contract opportunity. START DATE: ASAP HOURS/SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 40 hours WORKER TYPE: W2 CORE REQUIREMENTS: 7+ years of experience in healthcare program delivery, Epic implementation, or revenue cycle management 2-5 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience, including charge capture or clinical billing operations Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream programs in a consulting or advisory capacity Strong executive presence with experience managing relationships with VP and C-suite-level stakeholders Deep knowledge of HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and healthcare regulatory compliance WE CONSIDER IT A BONUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE: Advanced degree Epic certification in a relevant clinical or revenue cycle module PMP or equivalent project management credential Prior experience leading charge capture or revenue integrity programs at a large health system JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the Integrated Program Delivery workstream through all phases of a large charge capture engagement Manage cross-functional delivery coordination across clinical design, analytics, training, and integrated delivery teams Serve as the primary point of contact for program-level escalations, senior stakeholder communication, and delivery reporting Develop and maintain the integrated program plan, risk register, and dependency map Drive specialty rounding facilitation and alignment across clinical design team leads Ensure adherence to change control governance, HIPAA, and CMS compliance standards throughout delivery Report program status, key metrics, and risk/issue updates to executive leadership on a regular cadence WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive compensation package Weekly pay via Direct Deposit Medical, Dental & Vision available 401k options WHY WORK WITH WALKER?
