Role Overview The Senior Manager, Logistics Transformation will spearhead the transformation of our Warehouse and Transportation networks. This role is not just about oversight; it's about reinventing how we move and store goods. This high-impact leader will be responsible for developing and executing a "best-in-class" roadmap that promotes standardization, leverages advanced metrics, and drives continuous performance improvement. Duties & Responsibilities Business Transformation and Change Management Provide leadership and direction on business transformation and change management initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective execution Develop and implement robust change management and business transformation strategies Oversee complex projects and programs with a focus on organizational readiness, change management, and transformation Support overall portfolio governance and prioritization efforts to access organizational readiness Conduct thorough change impact analyses to assess the effects of change on various parts of the organization and develop appropriate mitigation strategies Present to senior leadership on upcoming projects in the pipeline and guide decision making related to change and transformation Develop and execute enterprise-wide communication plans to keep stakeholders informed, engaged and supportive throughout the transformation process Identify and engage key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and securing buy-in for change initiatives Drive the training vision and strategy through partnership with program team members, including train-the-trainer, design, and delivery of learning content for successful execution Lead change management team and external resources accordingly to meet organizational objectives Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of change management and business transformation initiatives and apply process improvements for future adoption Complex Multi-Year Program Oversight Manage the intake process by meeting with project requestors, gathering requirements, gaining the necessary approvals, and creating the project plan Provide project management for multiple complex strategic projects ensuring project success criteria is defined and met while driving the expected return on investment (ROI) Assist the project sponsors in optimizing program roadmaps for related initiatives coordinating cross functional resource planning Identify potential risks early, develop risk management strategies, and implement mitigation plans to address any issues that could impact the success of the program Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners, to ensure alignment, address concerns, and provide updates on progress Continuously improve the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) framework Stakeholder Engagement Identify key stakeholders across various departments and levels of the organization, understanding their needs, concerns, and influence on change initiatives Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, ensuring open lines of communication and fostering a cooperative environment for change Develop and implement strategies to gain stakeholder buy-in and support for change initiatives, addressing any resistance or concerns proactively Create and maintain a detailed stakeholder map to track engagement levels, influence, and key interests Maintain regular communication with stakeholders through meetings, presentations, and updates to keep them informed and engaged throughout the change process Establish mechanisms for collecting and incorporating stakeholder feedback to continuously improve change initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals Assist in the rollout and project governance of project management practices to business and support units Build relationships between the PMO and the business units you support Play a lead role across the department in facilitating lessons learned discussions and ensuring that remediation steps are added to our processes and templates Facilitate the development and delivery of training materials for end-users Reporting Implement systems and processes to track progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring accurate and timely data collection and analysis Prepare and present comprehensive progress reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and any adjustments needed to stay on track Develop and maintain dashboards or other visual tools to provide clear, real-time insights into the status and impact of change initiatives Create concise executive summaries for senior leaders, distilling complex information into actionable insights and recommendations Use reporting insights to drive continuous improvement, making data-driven adjustments to strategies and plans as needed Identify and report potential risks and issues to senior leadership, along with mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives Experience & Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Master's Degree Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Experience Minimum 8 years Experience in Change Management focused on logistics, transportation, or supply chain consulting; You are expected to work from the stated job location 5 days a week. #LI-Onsite Base Salary The targeted base salary range for this position is $131,000.00 - $177,000.00 per year. Base salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the successful candidate, as well as factors such as internal equity, cost of labor in the hiring location, and alignment with market data. Additional Compensation This position is eligible for a 20% bonus at 100% of target, with the opportunity to achieve above 100% dependent on company performance and in alignment with company bonus plans. Bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon individual performance as well as Brother achieving its corporate objectives, in accordance with the applicable bonus plan in effect.
