Warehouse/Production Lead

We are seeking a Production/Warehouse Lead with Shipping/Receiving and shop equipment operating experience, and managing the people in the department.
The ideal candidate should have people management skills, mechanical skills, production equipment operating knowledge, and handle inventory, including picking, boxing, crating, and palletizing to ship products using FedEx/UPS and other carrier services. Basic requirements:
- experience using FedEx and UPS software to ship and track the packages
- ability to operate, adjust, maintain, and change parts as needed on fast-paced specialty coating equipment
- Read and comprehend sales orders, pick lists, drawings, hardware templates, and product catalogs.
- Relevant experience and ability to set up and safely operate shop equipment, especially good with hand tools, both wood and mechanic is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, Quality Control, and company product knowledge is essential
- Regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear.
- Frequently required to walk; reach with hands and arms, and climb or balance.
- Occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must regularly lift and /or move up to 60 pounds.
- Willingness to take on any other assignments requested by the management.

- Willingness to work 5 days a week
- Manage Warehouse/Production workers and train the standard processes
- Hours of operation: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
