About this Opportunity: Ryder is currently hiring a full time, temp to hire Warehouse Material Handler to join our team in Eagan, MN. This opportunity has potential to become a permanent role based on performance. You'll be part of a safe, team-oriented warehouse environment supporting the handling and distribution of agricultural supplies using powered industrial equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks. What You'll Be Doing: (Duties) Accurately transfer products / parts, both physically and logically, into and/or out of warehouse locations, load / unload material, move products throughout the facility without the use of powered industrial equipment and perform inventory counts as required. Read, interpret and accomplish WMS reports, recognize and correct potential process errors before actions adversely affect the customer. Perform ware house funtion, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting Prepare Receiving / Storage / Shipping documentations retaining product accountability throughout the logistical process. Aware of and follows location and work center Safety and Security policies and procedures. 1 year or more related warehouse experience Comfortable using Forklift sit down/stand up, Pallet Jack, Cherry Picker Position may require lifting of 40-60lbs. Must be available to work on a flexible schedule on the various work shifts.
