Schneller LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support our fast-paced manufacturing operation. If you have experience with inventory management, cycle counting, forklift operation, and ERP systems and enjoy keeping operations organized and running efficiently we want to hear from you.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, works well in a team environment, and enjoys hands-on warehouse and inventory responsibilities that directly support production success.
What You'll Do
Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment
Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP/MRP systems
Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and material verification
Receive and inspect raw materials, components, and production supplies
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and receiving issues
Organize warehouse storage locations for maximum efficiency and FIFO material flow
Support production by ensuring materials are available and accurately tracked
Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse and inventory areas
Assist with shipping, receiving, labeling, packaging, and documentation
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency
Support team members and other operational projects as needed
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of warehouse or inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment safely
Working knowledge of inventory control procedures and FIFO systems
Experience with ERP/MRP systems, barcode scanners, and inventory transactions
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry
Ability to read documentation and perform basic math calculations
Strong communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or equivalent
