Job Title: Value Added Services - Returns Associe

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. Surday is a required 6th day, with OT as needed from 6 AM to 4 PM.

Holiday Pay: Pay increase during the holiday season + additional $1/hour for weekend shifts (Surday & Sunday).

SUMMARY:

• We are looking for reliable and dediced individuals to join our Value Added Services - Returns team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting returned items, assessing wh needs to be corrected to meet compliance standards, and performing necessary repairs or adjustments to ensure the items are ready for resale or re-shipment. This is a crucial position in our warehouse operions, as you will play a key role in getting our products back in top shape for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect returned items to determine wh issues or discrepancies need to be addressed to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Perform repairs, adjustments, or rework on returned products to correct any issues (e.g., packaging, labeling, assembly, etc.).
• Collabore with the receiving department to verify and document discrepancies th led to returns.
• Ensure all repaired or adjusted items are in compliance with regulory requirements and are properly prepared for re-shipment.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety protocols.
• Track and document work completed, noting all changes made to items.
• Communice with supervisors and team members about product stuses and quality control issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Attention to detail and the ability to identify issues and quality problems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle various items of different weights and sizes.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality and following compliance guidelines.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when necessary, especially during busy seasons.
• Flexibility to work 6 days a week (Monday through Surday) during peak seasons.

LOCATION RULES:

• No cell phone use or electronics on the warehouse floor. Use your cell phone only in designed areas on breaks.
• No food or drinks your workstions. Wer and clear drinks are allowed.
• You must use a clear bag and follow the dress code.
• No headphones or earbuds in your ears are allowed while working.
• Wearing the hood of a hoodie sweshirt is not allowed on the warehouse floor.
• Smoking and vaping is only permitted in the designed smoking area. The parking lot and warehouse are smoke & Vape-free.
• ONLY VAPE & CIGARETTES ARE ALLOWED IN THE SMOKING AREA
• You will be issued a badge after your first day. You must always wear your badge in the warehouse.
• If you are leaving early let your FN supervisor know then check out with your Bluecrew Onsite Manager.
• Follow all safety guidelines: Conveyor belt safety - No leaning on the conveyor belt and you must open the conveyor belt correctly. No running.
• Bluecrew members working FN Logistics are prohibited from posting any photos, videos, or references to their positions, the warehouse, or any proprietary informion reled to FN Logistics on social media.
• THERE ARE SECURITY CAMERAS THROUGHOUT THE WAREHOUSE AND PARKING LOT
• TIME THEFT - Will result in the end of assignment and terminion from the Bluecrew Plform. At FN Logistics you are required to scan in your designed work area after clocking in. A clock-in and no scans is considered TIME THEFT. As you have clocked in but are not actually working.
• Claiming hours th you have not worked or claiming show up pay/reporting pay when you did not show up. Is TIME THEFT.

LOCATION INFO:

• Refrigerors, wer dispensers, microwaves, vending machines, Taco trucks, lockers, and cubies available.

***General Requirements***

When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
• Safely relocing or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
• Opering machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immedie supervisor
• Working on your feet a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
