Position Overview
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily operational activities within the South Central Warehouse (SCW), including production scheduling, logistics coordination, order processing, and administrative support. This role ensures efficient workflow between warehouse operations, logistics providers, installers, and customers while maintaining accurate records and supporting facility management.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain the assembly production schedule to support daily operational priorities
Collaborate with logistics teams to schedule inbound and outbound shipments and track deliveries
Enter and process orders accurately within SAP and related systems
Maintain operational reports, spreadsheets, and facility KPI performance tracking tools
Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and parts organization
Assist with annual physical inventory audits and reconciliation processes
Ensure accuracy of warehouse and office documentation and filing systems
Order and maintain facility supplies as needed
Support safety policies and ensure compliance with company procedures
Perform general administrative and operational support duties as assigned

RequirementsEducation:
HS Diploma or GED
Experience:
1 3 years of experience in Administrative Sales support or Office Management preferred
SAP Experience preferred
Other Requirements:
Proficient in Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet
Occasional domestic travel will be required
Valid drivers license is required
Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
