customers Purpose of Your Work We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst dedicated to supporting a large enterprise customer This role blends supply chain analytics business intelligence reporting and TMS technical support into a customer facing position supporting day to day transportation operations reporting and system support The analyst will work closely with Redwood operations technology teams and customer stakeholders to support reporting troubleshoot issues improve visibility and help drive operational performance across a large inbound transportation network This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical aptitude technical curiosity and an interest in transportation systems reporting and operational problem solving What Youll Lead Customer Facing Reporting and Analytics Support recurring operational and financial reporting for an enterprise customerAssist with dashboard development and reporting enhancements in Power BI and SnowflakePerform ad hoc analysis related to transportation operations carrier performance and service trendsHelp turn complex operational data into actionable insights for internal teams and customersSupport KPI reporting tied to service cost supplier compliance ASN performance and operational executionTMS Technical Support & System Operations Support day to day TMS and reporting issue resolutionAssist with troubleshooting shipment ASN visibility and integration issues across TMS ERP YMS and reporting systemsHelp monitor failed transactions and support issue resolution workflows through ZendeskSupport user onboarding training materials and operational troubleshootingSupport maintenance of customer owned carrier contracts routing guides and rating structures within the TMSAssist with carrier setup contract updates and troubleshooting routing or rating issues impacting operations or reportingCustomer & Operational Support Participate in customer meetings and operational reviews with GE stakeholdersRespond to reporting requests and support follow up on operational issuesBuild strong relationships with operations teams planners warehouses and customer usersSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on visibility reporting and executionData Quality & Process Improvement Validate shipment carrier and operational data accuracy across systemsIdentify trends reporting gaps and process improvement opportunitiesHelp document KPI logic reporting requirements and support processesSupport automation and reporting efficiency initiativesValidate carrier and routing data accuracy across TMS and reporting systems What Were Looking For Bachelors degree preferred in Supply Chain Business Analytics Information Systems or related field25 years of experience in analytics reporting transportation operations or technical supportExperience in transportation logistics 3PL or TMS environments preferredStrong analytical organizational and problem solving skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers and internal teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environmentExperience with SQL Power BI Snowflake Tableau or similar tools preferredExperience working with transportation rating structures routing guides carrier contracts or TMS configuration preferredUnderstanding of transportation operations carrier management and shipment rating logic preferredCandidates with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to applyExperience with transportation management systems such as MercuryGate Infios
