FT Forklift Operator Needed! Union Position

Summary

We are looking for a Forklift Operator for our Long Beach facility. This is a full-time, fully on-site union position, Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, with possible overtime.

Job description

Ability to operate a forklift to load and unload items
Ability to work in a team environment, listen to directions, and execute instructions
Ability to remove cable from electrical utility wheels with help of semi-automated de-reeling machine
Ability to count and fill out check list for inventory purposes
Sweeping area to keep clean and free of clutter or debris
Working safely and adhering to company safety procedures
Ability to continuously stand or walk.
Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently.
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.68 per hour
