We are looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven Transportation Operations Supervisor to lead evening transportation operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for a strong transportation leader who thrives after-hours, enjoys leading drivers and dispatch operations, and can balance customer service, safety, and operational performance. What You'll Do As a Transportation Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient PM transportation operations by: Managing daily transportation and dispatch operations for drivers and customer accounts. Leading evening and overnight operational execution to ensure service expectations are met. Building strong customer relationships while driving operational performance and accountability. Overseeing driver scheduling, route coverage, DOT compliance, and Hours of Service (HOS) auditing. Partnering with Safety and HR teams to support compliance initiatives, training, and company policies. Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing driver teams for long-term success. Conducting accident investigations, performance counseling, and corrective action documentation as needed. Monitoring KPIs, service metrics, and operational efficiencies to continuously improve performance. What We're Looking For Bilingual in Spanish and English required Experience in transportation operations, dispatch, logistics supervision, or fleet management Strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations and transportation safety compliance Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume PM/after-hours environment Experience managing driver performance, scheduling, and customer service expectations Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of making real-time operational decisions Compensation Starting at $65,000 annually plus performance incentives Why Join TCI?
