Shipping and Receiving Specialist Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of products in and out of the facility, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the shipping and receiving processes. Responsibilities Manually count products as they arrive to ensure inventory accuracy. Move products to material handlers to facilitate production floor processes. Package panels to prepare them for shipment. Schedule outbound freight and coordinate with customers to meet delivery requirements. Operate a sit-down forklift for product movement, comprising approximately 25% of the role. Essential Skills Proven experience in inventory management and shipping, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role. Proficiency in operating forklifts. Familiarity with inventory control systems. Customer service skills to effectively interact with clients. Experience with SAP for data entry and inventory management.
