Company: Talking Rain Beverage Company Location: Preston, WA (Onsite) Pay Rate: $22.00/hour-$22.75/hr Schedule: 4 days/week, 12-hour shifts Shifts: 1st Shift: 3:00 AM - 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM Days Off: Saturday, Sunday + 1 rotating weekday Overview We are hiring a Sit-down Forklift Operator for 1st and 2nd shift warehouse operations in Preston, WA . This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to safety, accuracy, and teamwork. What You'll Do Safely operate sit-down forklifts to load, unload, and move materials Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks with accuracy Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections Stack and store products according to safety and quality standards Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices Use RF scanners to track inbound and outbound shipments Maintain clean and organized work areas (GMP standards) Assist with inventory cycle counts Follow all safety, food quality, and warehouse procedures What We're Looking For (Must Have) 1-2 years of sit-down forklift experience (REQUIRED) Minimum 1 year warehouse or distribution experience High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) Experience with RF scanners and/or WMS systems (preferred) Strong attention to safety and detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally Valid driver's license Schedule & Pay Details 412 schedule (4 days on, 3 days off) Weekends off + 1 rotating weekday off $22.00/hour-$22/75/hr Why Apply?
