Sit-Down Forklift Operator (1st and 2nd Shift)

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour-$22.75/hr

Schedule: 4 days/week, 12-hour shifts

Shifts:

	
• 1st Shift: 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  
  	

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
  
  	 Days Off: Saturday, Sunday + 1 rotating weekday
  
  

We are hiring a Sit-down Forklift Operator for 1st and 2nd shift warehouse operations in Preston, WA . This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

	
• Safely operate sit-down forklifts to load, unload, and move materials
  
  	

• Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks with accuracy
  
  	

• Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections
  
  	

• Stack and store products according to safety and quality standards
  
  	

• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices
  
  	

• Use RF scanners to track inbound and outbound shipments
  
  	

• Maintain clean and organized work areas (GMP standards)
  
  	

• Assist with inventory cycle counts
  
  	

• Follow all safety, food quality, and warehouse procedures
  
  

	
• 1–2 years of sit-down forklift experience (REQUIRED)
  
  	

• Minimum 1 year warehouse or distribution experience
  
  	

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
  
  	

• Experience with RF scanners and/or WMS systems (preferred)
  
  	

• Strong attention to safety and detail
  
  	

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  
  	

• Willingness to work overtime as needed
  
  	

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
  
  	

• Valid driver’s license
  
  

	
• 4×12 schedule (4 days on, 3 days off)
  
  	

• Weekends off + 1 rotating weekday off
  
  	

• $22.00/hour-$22/75/hr
