Job Description
We are currently hiring an experienced Order Picker / Cherry Picker Operator for a busy warehouse environment.
Job Duties:
Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
Safely operate cherry picker equipment
Verify item numbers and quantities
Stage and prepare shipments
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
Cherry picker experience required
Ability to lift 4050 lbs
Comfortable working at heights
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Spanish-speaking required
Benefits & Growth:
After the 90-day probation period, employees may qualify for a performance-based pay increase. Employees who learn warehouse operations quickly and demonstrate strong performance may also have the opportunity to move to an earlier shift with up to 1 hour of guaranteed overtime daily.
