Warehouse Lead

Our client, a leading apparel and clothing distribution company, is looking for a Warehouse Lead to join their team in Fullerton, CA . In this role, you will oversee daily receiving operations, supervise the receiving team, and ensure all inbound shipments are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee daily receiving operations, inbound deliveries, and receiving team activities Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices Inspect deliveries for damage, shortages, and discrepancies and ensure issues are reported promptly Coordinate with warehouse management, inventory control, purchasing, and carriers to maintain workflow and delivery schedules Ensure inventory is accurately received, labeled, scanned, and organized within the warehouse Train and support receiving staff while assisting with task delegation and productivity goals Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and warehouse organization Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently Enforce warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment Support additional warehouse operations and assist other departments as needed Requirements: Previous lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment required Strong experience with receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations Forklift certification and operating experience required Experience using WMS systems; FDM4 experience is a plus Basic computer skills required Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift as needed Pay & Schedule: Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Equal Opportunity Employment Lyneer Staffing Solutions is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
