Responsible for supporting the supervisor in his/her following responsibilities: Inventory control, receiving and receiving inspection of raw materials, finished goods, production, and shipping supplies. Establish cycle count procedures. Develop a plan and required resources for annual physical inventory. Prepare and stage materials for a three shift manufacturing operation.
Responsibilities:
Expedite the flow of materials between departments in accordance with production schedules
Analyze discrepancies or misalignments between material requirements and coverage, and take the appropriate corrective action.
Investigate and correct errors in inventory records.
Evaluate schedules to maintain the validity of shop priorities.
Performs training using Training burst/Safety burst to ensure the safety of employees.
Serve as department lead and point of contact for the warehouse during first shift.
Delegate tasks among first shift employees.

Required Qualifications:
High School Graduate
PC Knowledge (word processing)
Company ERP system – as required.
Minimum 4 years experience in manufacturing
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Current Forklift operator license with valid California Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
Company ERP system – as required.
Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
