We are currently seeking experienced Cross Dock / LTL Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment in Edmonton. This position is ideal for reliable, safety-focused, and physically fit individuals with strong forklift experience and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume operation. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role after a few months based on performance and attendance.

Wage:
$21.00 $25.00/hour depending on experience and shift

Responsibilities
Operate electric sit-down counterbalance forklifts in a busy cross dock/LTL environment
Use stand-up stock picker equipment to pick and put away product
Load, unload, move, and organize freight and product safely and efficiently
Stock loose pick bins and pick customer orders accurately
Re-barcode cases and return products to high bay storage
Assist with inventory put-away during delivery days (8001200 cases shared across team)
Perform daily and weekly warehouse cleaning duties
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
Work closely with team members in a fast-paced warehouse setting
Qualifications
Valid forklift certification for both reach truck and sit-down counterbalance forklifts
Previous cross dock, LTL, warehouse, or freight handling experience preferred
Experience operating electric forklifts required
Physically fit and able to lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs consistently
Strong English communication skills required
Detail-oriented with strong teamwork abilities
Must have reliable transportation as the location is not accessible by transit
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high daily volume demands
