Driver Safety & Operations Management * Monitor driver ELD logs daily to ensure compliance with HOS regulations. * Provide immediate support when ELD issues or violations occur. * Coordinate truck and chassis repairs and maintenance responses. * Manage DOT inspections and related compliance requirements. * Work closely with dispatchers and drivers to improve communication and operational efficiency. * Conduct driver coaching and retraining when safety or operational issues arise. #### 2. Driver Recruiting & Termination Management * Continuously recruit qualified CDL drivers through online advertisements and other hiring methods. * Ensure all hiring follows company policies and operational standards. * Handle driver disciplinary actions, retraining, and termination processes when necessary. #### 3. Driver File & Compliance Management * Maintain and update driver qualification files and safety records. * Ensure all documents remain current and compliant with DOT/FMCSA regulations. #### 4. Preventive Maintenance Coordination * Track truck and chassis PM inspection schedules. * Coordinate repair and maintenance appointments with mechanics and vendors. * Follow up on repairs to ensure equipment is operating safely. #### 5. Safety Meeting Management * Prepare and conduct quarterly safety meetings based on company safety policies and procedures. --- ### Qualifications * Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, trucking, or transportation operations. * Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication. * Organized, responsible, and able to manage tasks independently. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to report operational and safety issues clearly to management. * Bilingual (English/Korean) is a plus, but not required. --- ### How to Apply Please send your resume and contact information.
