Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Distribution & Operations Manager to lead warehouse and fabrication operations across multiple locations. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, ensuring on-time delivery, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced industrial environment. You'll play a key role in optimizing workflows, improving processes, and delivering strong business results while maintaining a safe and collaborative workplace. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations across warehouse distribution and fabrication Oversee inventory management, production scheduling, and work order execution Supervise, train, and develop production and warehouse teams Establish clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and workflows Monitor KPIs and ensure operational goals and on-time delivery targets are met Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards Analyze operational data and provide recommendations for improvement Qualifications 5+ years of management experience in a fabrication or distribution environment 7-10 years of experience in warehouse or production operations Strong leadership experience with a focus on coaching and team development Proven success in process improvement and change management Experience managing KPIs, production timelines, and operational metrics Familiarity with freight forwarding and shipping processes (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) Experience with ERP/WMS systems and business reporting tools Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (or equivalent experience) Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team-building abilities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills High level of organization and ability to prioritize Effective communication across all levels of the organization Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Regular computer use Why This Role?
