Wh Youll Work On

As a Supply Chain Manager Abbott , you will lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operions within a reguled manufacturing environment, ensuring seamless merial flow, operional efficiency, and customer fulfillment.

• Lead End-to-End Supply Chain Operions
  Plan, direct, and oversee merials planning, inventory control, warehousing, shipping, and receiving to ensure uninterrupted supply of merials and services supporting current and future business needs.

• Develop High-Performing, Inclusive Teams
  Attract, retain, and develop a diverse team through effective training, succession planning, and performance management. Champion Abbotts culture by fostering engagement, collaborion, and inclusion.

• Drive Operional & Financial Performance
  Manage departmental budgets and key performance indicors, ensuring alignment with site and divisional financial objectives.

• Ensure Demand & Supply Alignment
  Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, and planning teams to deliver products on time and in full while achieving site volume and inventory targets.

• Optimize Production & Supply Planning
  Oversee site scheduling to balance customer demand, operional priorities, and capacity constraints. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigion stregies to maintain continuity of supply.

• Execute S&OP Stregy
  Lead the Sales & Operions Planning (S&OP) process with a long-term (24-month) horizon, ensuring alignment of demand forecasts, supply plans, and business objectives.

• Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaborion
  Coordine with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure efficient purchasing, receiving, and distribution processes across the site.

• Enhance Inventory & Systems Management
  Oversee inventory control systems to ensure accure tracking of purchase orders, inventory levels, and production requirements, driving da integrity and operional visibility.

• Ensure Regulory & Quality Compliance
  Maintain full compliance with Abbott standards and all applicable regulions, including FDA, OSHA, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Required Qualificions

• Bachelor's degree in business administrion, supply chain, operions or reled field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience supply chain, distribution or logistics
• Experience of people leadership in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is required.
• Knowledge of forecasting and budgeting processes and supply chain/ inventory management systems such as Merial Requirements Planning (MRP) is required.

Preferred Qualificions

• APICS certificion preferred

The base pay for this position is $129,300.00 $258,700.00. In specific locions, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
