Duties specified below are representative of the range of duties assigned to this job title and are not intended to be an inclusive list.
Receive, unpack, count, and inspect materials to ensure accurate quantity and quality; mark material with appropriate labeling; place materials in designated location; issue materials to engineering center team members
Research unmarked items to determine appropriate disposition
Visually inspect materials and notify team members if damaged
Perform physical inventories as necessary
Operate a forklift or pallet jack to relocate material (training provided by Inteva)
Prepare items for shipping and coordinate with outside freight companies
Load & unload material
Represent Inteva Products with dignity, integrity, and the spirit of cooperation in all interactions with team members
Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers
Maintain regular attendance and adhere to prescribed work schedule to conduct job
Utilize appropriate safety procedures and practices for assigned duties
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Position self and intermittently move to access and maintain inventory of materials. Work effectively at a desk, table, counter, or while driving forklift; ascend and descend ladders or step stools to reach materials or other items and to access areas out of reach; and move or transport weight of 50 pounds or less.
WORKING/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Work is split between office and warehouse environment. Duties may expose the employee to outdoor conditions and to all weather conditions. Possible exposure to chemicals (dust, gases, liquids, solids, fumes) odors and noise.
