Logistics Coordinator Vehicle Transport & Dispatch

We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage vehicle transport between dealerships, auctions (Manheim, ADESA, ACV), and customer locations. This role requires hands-on experience in automotive transport , dispatching, and coordination using Super Dispatch or similar platforms . If you've worked in a dealership, fleet, or auto transport setting and know how to keep vehicles moving efficiently and cost-effectively, this role offers strong visibility and impact. What You'll Do Coordinate vehicle transport scheduling and routing Assign drivers and carriers, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery Track and update vehicle movement using Super Dispatch Optimize transport cost and turnaround time Communicate with dealerships, auctions, and drivers Maintain accurate transport documentation and inventory status Requirements What You Need 5+ years in vehicle logistics, dispatching, or fleet coordination Proficient with Super Dispatch a plus Skilled in routing, carrier coordination, and cost optimization Proven record of improving transport turnaround and reliability Valid driver's license What We Offer: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) retirement plan.
