International Logistics Specialist
The International Logistics Specialist (ILS) plays a critical role in reviewingtransportation inquiries and developing customized solutions that align with ATSInternational service capabilities. This position partners closely with Sales,Operations, and customers to drive revenue, margin performance, and serviceexcellence.

What You'll Do
Review incoming inquiries, RFPs, bid solicitations, and transactionalrequests, qualifying opportunities that align with ATS service capabilities.Develop and execute transportation solutions, including assembling scope ofwork and communicating requirements for pricing and planning within internalsystems.Present pricing and service solutions professionally and timely, whileactively gathering and communicating customer feedback.Manage and grow an assigned account base, identifying new businessopportunities while strengthening existing relationships.Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal ATS teams, ensuringclear, timely communication and execution of customer needs.Enter and manage booking and load details accurately within operatingsystems to ensure on-time delivery and service excellence.Monitor and manage ongoing shipments, proactively addressing service issuesand resolving customer concerns with professionalism.Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategies, operationalexecution, and process improvements to meet revenue and margin goals.Maintain accurate and consistent communication logs within CRM systems.Support contract negotiations with carriers and vendors by helping securecompetitive rates across service markets.Stay informed on transportation trends, capacity shifts, and market changesto strengthen customer solutions and strategic recommendations.Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture aligned with ATS valueswhile completing reporting, credit support, and additional tasks as needed.Support business needs outside of standard hours when required andparticipate in occasional travel.

What You'll Need to Succeed
High school diploma required with 5+ years of experience in acustomer-driven environment.Transportation or logistics industry experience strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of U.S. and global geography with the ability to interpretmaps and optimize routing concepts.Proven ability to develop new business and expand existing customerrelationships.Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesindependently in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities with a focuson timely execution.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust andcommunicate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage difficult situations anddeliver consistent service excellence.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity withCRM systems.Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism anddiscretion.Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight as needed.

HOURS:
This role typically operates within standard business hours(Monday-Friday), with flexibility to support customer needs outside of corehours as required. Occasional travel may be required.

Compensation & Benefits
Total cash compensation range of this position is $48,00 to $68,000+ whichincludes a base salary range that starts at $45,000 plus training incentive of$500.00 per month for the first 6-months. Base salary offered is determined byrelevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location ascompared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the basesalary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which canvary depending on individual and/or company performance.Anderson Trucking Service offers a comprehensive benefits package includingmedical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off,paid holidays, wellness programs, and employee assistance resources. Benefitseligibility begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
