Job Description

The Supply Chain Analyst & ERP Data Steward plays a dual role in supporting both day-to-day supply chain operations and the company's SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. In this position, the successful candidate will support source-to-pay and logistics functions, including procurement processes, supplier data management, shipment coordination, and spend reporting, while partnering with cross-functional supply chain teams to drive data quality and process improvement. Simultaneously, this role serves as a key contributor to the S/4HANA implementation by supporting data stewardship activities, system validation, data migration, and end-user training. Key Responsibilities

50% - Functional Role: Source-to-Pay & Logistics Support

Support procurement processes, including:

Supplier master data

Purchasing data and records

Basic contract and pricing structures

Assist in improving data quality and consistency across suppliers and purchasing processes

Support logistics operations, including:

Inbound and outbound shipment coordination

Warehouse and distribution processes

Partner with supply chain teams to understand end-to-end material flow

Help identify and support process improvement opportunities

Assist in building spend visibility and reporting capabilities

Support supplier onboarding and data setup activities

Gain exposure to global logistics and trade processes

50% - SAP S/4HANA Data Stewardship

Support data integrity and process alignment within SAP as part of the S/4HANA transformation

Collaborate with global governance teams to understand and apply standard processes

Assist in data migration activities by analyzing current-state data and supporting plant readiness

Provide hands-on SAP support including data uploads, validation, and troubleshooting

Support change management activities, including assessing impacts and assisting with implementation

Help create and maintain documentation for master data and business processes

Participate in system testing, validation, and implementation activities

Support training efforts to help end users understand processes and data

Validate reports and analytics to ensure data accuracy and proper context

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

3-8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics

Exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems (MM/logistics preferred)

Basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Interest in systems, data, and process improvement

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow

Additional Information

A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $85,000 to $110,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit-sharing bonus with a target of 10% as well as 401K match up to 8% (vesting schedule).
