THE WORK

We are currently seeking a Logistics Management Analyst to support multiple DOD related programs (examples include but not limited too TPQ-53, Sentinel A4, Ground Based Radar Programs). In this role the Analyst will support the Depot team assisting the Program Team (e.g. Logistics Program Manager (LPM), Production, etc.) with daily tasking.

In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following duties but not limited to:
Assist with preparing and executing requisitions for material to ship to various locations for repair, including internal repairs and vendor repairs.
Track all items in the repair cycle and provide status as required.
Perform inventory management through support of daily and weekly cycle counting thru SAP. This includes stock corrections and updates in the tool of record for programs as required.
Manage A and F condition material.
Process all customer-required paperwork and labeling for material shipments, including DD1149s, DD1348's, DD250's, and others forms as required.
Arrange and coordinate material moves through the depot to designated locations using internal material transfers, external shipping systems and documents, and other methods.
Schedule and arrange government-brokered loads through the Government Portal.
Schedule and arrange LTL carriers.
Coordinate materials to be shipped back to the customer.
Audit Support with multiple government agencies to include report generation.

Three+ years SAP experience in a warehouse environment.
Demonstrated Inventory Management Experience.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interface directly with multiple program/functional organizations.
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to meet contractual delivery schedules.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Interim Secret Security Clearance required to start. Supply chain experience, preferably in a repair management or R&D environment.
Experience Managing Government Furnished Equipment/Material/Property.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook), use of Tableau.
Experience in Government contracting and FAR regulations.
International program experience
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to meet contractual delivery schedules.
Ability to analyze data and make decisions affecting priority needs from internal customers
Strong written and verbal skills
Organized, self-starter requiring minimal supervision
