Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support distribution operations in a cGMP-regulated biotechnology environment . This role is critical in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of marketed products within a fast-paced distribution center setting. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and ship products based on customer orders Use manual labor, pallet jacks, and powered industrial equipment (forklifts, walkie riders, turret trucks) to move materials Perform routine inventory counts and maintain accurate records Conduct safety and functionality checks on equipment (e.g., forklifts) Enter and update data in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy (SAP preferred) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ensure proper documentation and record retention in compliance with corporate policies Assist with departmental projects including investigation, analysis, documentation, and process improvements Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions Basic math proficiency Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed Physical Requirements Ability to lift 40+ lbs repeatedly Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods Comfortable working in a warehouse/distribution environment Adherence to all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements Why Join Us?
