Adecco is hiring Distribution Center Trainers for Ross Dress for Less in Buckeye, AZ. In this role, you will facilitate training for new and existing Distribution Center associates, including temporary staff. Responsibilities include teaching procedures and safety practices, coaching to improve performance, monitoring progress and maintaining records, supporting training initiatives, partnering with operations, and demonstrating job tasks. now!

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Comfortable speaking in front of large groups
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with a patient, supportive approach
Proficient in Microsoft Word and basic math (testing required)
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed
