Seeking Warehouse Leads for Deer Valley area - 2nd shift

Payrate $21- $24 hr

Mon-Friday 4:00pm to 12:30am

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
• Act as a floor lead, providing guidance, support, and on-the-job training to warehouse associates
• Help ensure all customer SLAs and KPIs are met consistently
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management
• Assist with work allocation and workflow coordination to meet operational demands
• Promote and follow health and safety standards, company policies, and procedures
• Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and assist with reporting
• Serve as a point of contact on the floor for escalations and day-to-day operational issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Monitoring break and lunch schedules

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a team lead or senior warehouse associate, preferably in a 3PL environment
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes and WMS systems and SAP systems
• Ability to lead by example and support team performance
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Intermediate experience using RF scanners and basic computer applications (Excel, email, etc.)
• Ability to complete and submit daily standard work checklist
