Production Manager

Manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring on-time and cost-effective output

Lead production scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow optimization

Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve efficiency and productivity

Supervise, train, and develop production teams while driving accountability and performance

Oversee equipment performance, maintenance, and uptime

Manage inventory, material flow, and supplier coordination

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures

Track and analyze KPIs (output, waste, labor, downtime) to drive improvements

Maintain accurate production reporting and cross-functional communication

Proven experience in manufacturing or production management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety standards

Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization

Ability to analyze data and drive operational efficiency

Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing systems is a plus
