Mulch/Soil Blowing Production Manager
Location: Based in Conshohocken, PA with regional travel as needed

Reports To: Director of Operations

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Manager to oversee daily mulch and soil blowing operations. This role requires hands-on leadership, equipment operation, crew management, and coordination of production schedules to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
The ideal candidate will have experience towing trailers and operating commercial blowing equipment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead crews in a fast-paced outdoor work environment. Spanish-speaking ability is not required but is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily mulch and soil blowing operations
Safely tow trailers and operate mulch/soil blowing equipment
Coordinate production schedules, job assignments, and logistics
Supervise field crews and ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally
Travel to job sites throughout the region as needed
Conduct equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance/repairs
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operating procedures
Train team members on equipment operation and jobsite expectations
Communicate with customers, vendors, and management regarding job progress
Monitor material usage and production efficiency
Assist with loading, unloading, and general labor as needed

Qualifications
Experience towing trailers and operating commercial equipment required
Previous landscaping, mulch blowing, soil blowing, or related industry experience preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Ability and willingness to travel to regional job sites
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor when necessary
