The Service and Logistics Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and dispatching service technicians, managing schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of services and materials. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch service technicians and drivers to job sites based on customer needs and service priorities.
Monitor field operations and adjust schedules in real-time to accommodate changes or emergencies.
Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure service expectations are met.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician availability, and job progress.
Coordinate logistics for equipment, tools, and materials delivery.
Utilize dispatching software and systems to manage workflow and reporting.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
2+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field.
Proficiency with dispatching software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
$15 to $18 DOE | Mon to Fri 7:30 to 4:30
