Job: MMPM-Maintenance Production Manager - Lawncare Enhancements (Operations)

As an Enhancement Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily landscape maintenance and installation operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to company standards. This role manages field crews, coordinates resources, and drives productivity across assigned properties or projects. The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader with handson landscaping experience, excellent organizational skills, and a focus on quality, efficiency, and team development.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily production activities for landscaping maintenance and/or installation crewsPlan, schedule, and assign crews, equipment, and materials to meet operational goalsSupervise, train, and develop crew leaders and field personnelMonitor productivity, labor efficiency, and job performance to ensure quality standards are metConduct site visits and inspections to ensure work meets contract specifications and safety requirementsAddress operational issues, client concerns, and service adjustments in a timely mannerCoordinate with account management, fleet, and purchasing teams to support field operationsEnforce company policies, safety procedures, and best practicesAssist with onboarding, performance reviews, and corrective action as neededBuilding strong relationships with your internal and external clientsManaging all the logistical aspects of production management to include your team, equipment, and materialsMonitoring and troubleshooting a variety of landscape items to include pest control, irrigation and plant materialEnsuring that time keeping records are submitted in an accurate and timely mannerCounseling and developing members within your production teamProviding hands on training for your new and tenured team members to ensure they are set up for successInterviewing, selecting, and helping to onboard new team members and ensure each new team member has an excellent onboarding experience

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred5+ years of experience in landscaping operations, with supervisory or management responsibilityStrong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, equipment, and materialsProven ability to manage crews, schedules, and field productivityExcellent organizational, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to work in a fastpaced, outdoor environment and lift or operate equipment as neededMinimum 2 years of crew management experienceMust be proficient with the Microsoft Office SuiteValid Florida Driver's License and the ability to pass an MVR check
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience managing large crews or multiple routes within a commercial landscaping companyKnowledge of irrigation systems, turf care, pruning practices, and seasonal landscape programsFamiliarity with budget tracking, labor cost control, and productivity metricsExperience using scheduling, routing, or workforce management softwareStrong problemsolving skills and ability to make realtime operational decisionsBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
