We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to lead daily operations within our food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring efficiency, maintaining product quality, and driving continuous improvement while upholding strict food safety standards.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives on the production floor, actively engaging with teams to meet output goals and resolve operational challenges in real time. You will supervise and develop staff, coordinate scheduling, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.

Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to lead by example are essential.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in food manufacturing or a related production environment
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Hands-on approach with strong operational knowledge
• Ability to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce
